LIMITED EDITION DIGITAL ART PRINTS

Limited edition prints at Colourandash are sold in batches of 50 for each print. Most are available in A4-A2. Some prints are available in A1. Once the print sizes have reached the maximum limited edition, they will no longer be available to order. I work in partnership with Printspace to ensure that your prints will be printed to the highest quality and are delivered safely and efficiently to your specified address . All prints are inspected before they are despatched and  come with a certificate of authentication, the edition number, and the artist's signature.

As the artist, I want you to be happy with your print, which is not an of the shelf mass-produced item. I have done my utmost to ensure that the printing process used will complement my work. COLOURANDASH REFUNDS POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY.  PLEASE BE SURE ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.

In the unlikely event, the product arrives damaged, I will arrange for a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact me via the forms on the contact page. I only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed. (Postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at my discretion. In either case, I may request a return of the products so that I can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at my cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by myself.

DELIVERY 

Once you have ordered your print you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase from Colourandash. Shortly after this you will receive another email from Printspace who will  contact you via email regarding despatch and  delivery timescales.
